The dataset contains the measured (I_experiment_C, I_experiment_R) and calculated (I_15_species_model, I_23_species_model) discharge currents using the 15-species and 23-species RKM in the periodic state of the atmospheric-pressure DBD at U_0 = 4 kV and f = 86.2 kHz. Zero value of the time axis corresponds to t = 84.1 µs (7.25T).
