Introduction and verification of FEDM-Fig.10

The file contains the axial density profiles of electrons, ions and the excited argon states at different times during ignition of the abnormal glow discharge in argon calculated using the FEDM code and COMSOL Multiphysics®. The data are given in a form of table whose structure is described below.
