The data shows the distribution of the electron temperature in the discharge gap for various gap lengths during the contact separation. The distance to the cathode corresponds to the respective gap lengths, i.e. it varies up to 30µm, 300µm, 600µm, 90µm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.8.mm, 2.1mm, 2.4mm, 2.7mm, and 3mm.
Distance zero correspond to the position of the cathode.
