The figure shows the distribution of the molar fractions of the neutral species in the air-Cu plasma for a gap length of 3mm (fully opened contacts). the simulation is performed for a field enhancement factor of 140, a discharge radius factor of 1.2, and an initial molar fraction of Cu atoms of 0.002.
Distance zero correspond to the position of the cathode.
