Safety and efficiency evaluation of an innovative plasma jet array in argon by gas switching technology - Neutral gas temperature with FOT PJAS device I-1 5 slm (Fig. 5b)

Data table containing the temperatures measured for the plasma jet array system (PJAS) device I-1 with fiber-optical temperature (FOT) probe moving a distance of 0 to 50 mm measured from the channel outlet at 5 slm.
Device I-1 contains a homemade integrated circuit for the gas switching technology and the high voltage circuit receiving 66 V DC voltage from the base unit. Device I-1 is operated gas setting 1, which consists of a fixed value (8ms) flushing per channel, resulting in a programming delay of 8.2 to 8.3 ms for physical measurements.
