The operating conditions (power, voltage, current, and flow rate) are recorded over a time interval of 1 hour with a time step of 1 s. The operation mode was sustained, as the current s held constant by adjusting the applied voltage. The conditions are: a flow rate of argon (40.0±0.3) NLPM, an electric current of (599.10±0.15) A, a voltage of (32.1±0.2) V, and an electric power of (19.20±0.12) kW.
